Construction of Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport began as a $5.3Billion Federal Government transformation project. Chris Slattery, whilst at Maximuswas engaged to help align the Executive Team as the organisation transitioned fromthe ramp up phase to the operational and delivery phase.
