In 2015 Transport for NSW (Transport) engaged Maximus to deliver an ambitious leadership development program and Maximus engaged Radar as a partner and outsourced provider of expert leadership consultants. In 2016 after joining Maximus, Chris became lead for Transport and helped their agenda for reform, service improvement and digital transformation of enterprise organisational development. Transport has a workforce of 27,000+contractors in a “mission and safety critical environment”.
