Chris Slattery is an executive level consultant with hands on leadership and advisory experience with high growth organisations. Previously a Director with Maximus, a leadership development consultancy specialising in bespoke solutions and redesigning organisations through transforming leaders. CEO of Alectus, a division of Morgan and Banks an ASX listed consulting business and Executive Manager, Hays Plc with experience in UK and Australia.

A pragmatic and highly experienced business leader with successful outcomes in strategic planning and operational execution with growth strategies and start-up ideas. Size of business ranges from $3 Million to $.5Billion as well as start-ups and Board experience in NFP’s.

With 18 years experience in her own consulting business, Radar, Chris has advised on Strategy and Business planning, organisational development, leadership, and strategic resourcing matters. Clients are featured earlier and include Government, corporates, start-ups and high growth organisations as well as Not for Profits.

Arriving in Darwin with her partner after 8 months travelling and recently moving to Nightcliff, Chris is keen to contribute to the NT’s ambitious growth agenda to reach a $40Billion economy and impact positively on the lives of all Territorians. Growth and development of people, teams and organisations through use of proven management consulting and coaching skills is her expert zone.

Borrowing from Greta Thunberg, Chris prefers not to “blah blah blah” but apply her pragmatic approach to get things done, cut through and find a way to achieve your organisation’s goals.

Passionate about working with people and organisations who want to create momentum to achieve their purpose and make a positive impact. A lifelong learner, Chris has a Master’s in commerce, Marketing, undertook the Australian Institute of Company Directors course 2018 and Harvard (HBX) Disruptive Innovation. A keen interest in History was sparked by great teachers at high school and reinforced in a Bachelor of Arts, Dip Ed and three years teaching to begin her career in developing people.
