  • A NSW Aboriginal Local Land Council needing a Strategy to capitalise on the Renewable energy zone opportunities and grant submissions

  • Wellington based community organisation establishing programs and organising philanthropic, government and corporate funding to deliver grassroot, trauma informed, culturally safe solutions

  • Establishing a new Pty Ltd and Not for profit status for a 7-year-old business to diversify their income streams, employ community members recently released from incarceration

  • Tiwi Island based tourism business unlocking the next generation’s talent, Strategic Business Plan and learning plan

  • Partnering for 4 years on sustainable growth strategies, NT Based phenomenal organisation doing impactful work for 23 years

  • Various engagements to consult and deliver strategic plans

  • Funding strategies and submissions across various Government - Federal, NIAA, IBA, Attorney General, DSS, Health. State - Northern Territory Government, NSW DPIRD, Energy Co, AANSW and Local Councils. Philanthropic organisations, Not for Profits and Corporate Sponsorship.

  • Feasibility study for a peak body to offer further governance services on a fee basis as part of the capacity strengthening efforts in the governance and management arena within ACCOs

  • Local Council with new CEO and new councillors, role clarification and vision establishment
